Satisfaction surveys among employees

Opinion and satisfaction surveys conducted among employees are a very important tool for the Employer, allowing them to analyse the level of work satisfaction, learn reasons of problems appearing at a given organisation, acquaint themselves with employees' opinions and introduce changes before it is too late.

Objective results can be obtained only in absolute anonymity, when a survey is conducted by an external company.

Depending on the needs of particular companies, research tools are prepared for a specific situation out of which the need to conduct the survey originated.

Once the moods and satisfaction levels of employees are analysed (the so-called organisational climate), the company is able to introduce changes and stop potential outflow of valuable specialists, increase satisfaction levels of employers and draw future valuable candidates to the firm.
